How do I register as a learner?

Go to the Learner Portal, complete the registration form, accept the Terms & Conditions, and verify your email using the OTP code we send you. You will then be guided to complete your profile before booking lessons.

How do I register as an instructor?

Go to the Instructor Portal, fill in your details including your ADI or PDI badge number, upload your badge document, and accept the Terms & Conditions. Your account is then submitted for admin verification before you can start receiving learners.

How are instructors verified?

Every instructor must provide a valid ADI or PDI badge number and upload a photo of their badge. Our admin team verifies each badge, and accounts are automatically placed on hold when a badge expires.

When can I see my instructor or learner's contact details?

Contact details such as phone numbers are only shared once a connection between a learner and an instructor has been fully approved on the platform. This protects both parties and keeps bookings and payments secure.

How do payments work?

Payments are made by bank transfer using the bank details shown on your payment screen. Learners must use the instructor's name as the payment reference so the instructor can match the payment to the booking.

How much commission do instructors pay?

Instructors are charged a 15% commission on each withdrawal processed through the platform. This is deducted before the payout is transferred to your bank or PayPal account.

How do withdrawals work for instructors?

Instructors can request a withdrawal via Bank Transfer or PayPal from the Earnings dashboard. The platform reviews each request and pays it out according to the standard payout schedule, minus the 15% commission.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a learner cancels a confirmed lesson within 12 hours of the start time, a 10% charge of that lesson price applies. If an instructor cancels a confirmed lesson, the instructor receives 10% less on their next lesson.

Find Instructor is not responsible for any personal or off-platform payment, harassment or scheduling. All bookings, payments and cancellations must be made through the platform to be protected and recorded.

Both learners and instructors can raise a dispute through the platform. You can submit your reason and evidence, the other party can respond, and our admin team reviews and resolves the dispute based on the recorded information.
